Things I did today: watch six episodes of the X-Files, take three naps, eat about 1,000,000 cherries.
Things I did not do: run.
I seem to be in kind of a slump the past 10 days — I only ran three times this week. Yikes. I think this is less due to laziness and more due to a pretty insane travel schedule. I’ve been actually at home four days out of the last 14… not good.This means almost all the time I’m able to log these days is on the treadmill and made even more painful by lack of sleep. Double not good.
Does anyone have any tips for staying motivated to run on the road?
